1992 – 1995

Completed a Bachelor of Arts, in Journalism and Public Relations at Bond University. During the program Bond assisted in organising a number of valuable work experience placements and internships through their contact network:

• Sea FM Radio morning show
• Channel 10 News
• The Gold Coast Triathlon in media relation
• A Current Affair as part of the investigative research team

Studied abroad at the University of Florida in her final semester through the Universities Study Abroad and Exchange Program.

 1995Appointed Media Relations Officer at Conrad Jupiter’s Resort and Casino through the help of Bond’s corporate contact network.
 1996Part of the investigative news team for Channel 13 Tampa Florida.
 1998-1999Moved to New York wanting to work in film production. Started working on Sex and The City. Began working on live event concerts as a PA like Elton John Live at the Garden, NYSNC Live, VH1 Fashion, Capital Fourth Fireworks Spectacular, Dixie Chicks LIVE.
 2000Moved to LA to work as an assistant to the top live event TV director Louis J Horvitz, who mentored her to direct and produce. Worked on the Academy Awards, Emmy Awards, MTV Movie Awards in the next 5 years worked on over 20 prime time TV specials.
 2001Right after 911 flew to NYC to pull together a concert benefiting the survivors with a concert at Madison Square Garden with The Who, The Stones, Paul McCartney and also shot the Half Time Show at the Superbowl with U2 honouring the victims of 911.
 2002-2009Accepted into the Director’s Guild of America. Moved from Assistant to Associate Director and Co-Producer. Have been a part of 3 Emmy Award Winning Directing Teams for the Oscars. Winner of a Telly award for her first solo live direction of NASA kol Space Day web cast.
 2010Was appointed to the role of Talent and Creative Producer for A Louis J Horvitz Production.
 2011-2013Worked as Associate Director for John Cossette Productions at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards, as a Field Producer for The Revolution (ABC and 3 Ball Productions) and also as a Segment Producer for “The Bachelor”, “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor Pad” television programs for NZK Productions.
