After completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Anchita chose to continue her studies as a postgraduate student and enter Bond's inaugural Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery program to fulfil her dream of becoming a doctor.

Undertook numerous clinical placements in a wide range of medical fields at Wesley Hospital, Tweed Heads Hospital, Gold Coast Hospital, and Robina Hospital

Completed an elective in Japan
2009

Graduated as part of Bond’s inaugural MBBS cohort, qualifying as a doctor in less than five years

Invited to be a guest lecturer at a Japanese university to teach their students about Australia’s clinical education system
2010 - Onwards

Commenced internship at Logan Hospital

Ambition to become emergency physician and practice in domestic and international rural communities
