Student Association

The Bond University Student Association (BUSA) is the overarching student representative body at Bond University. BUSA is responsible for representing students in all academic, sporting and recreational forums within the University. The Student Association seeks to enhance campus like through its social and cultural activities and ensures that Bond students have an independent voice in the administration of the University.

The Association is a not for profit incorporated association comprised of current students who are elected to serve twelve month terms in office. Members of the management committee are volunteers who occupy a range of different portfolios.

The Student Association has an input into the management of the University with representatives sitting on many of the University’s policy committees, including Academic Senate which deals with academic policy and discipline on campus. The Student Association’s management committee regularly consults with Senior Management, the faculty Deans and staff to ensure that students opinions and concerns are considered in all matters.

BUSA has many affiliated bodies within the University including the many fantastic cultural and sporting clubs & societies active on campus. In addition, each faculty has a stream lined Faculty Student Association affiliated with BUSA.
