Research Fellows – Minimising Antibiotics Resistance (2 Positions)

Full-time, fixed-term appointments (3 Years) Position Reference No: HSM1310 Are you interested in undertaking research in antibiotics resistance minimisation?
We are offering two 3 year post-doctoral positions in the Centre for Research Excellence in Reducing Antibiotic Resistance against Acute Respiratory Infections (CREMARA) within the Centre for Research in Evidence-Based Practice, Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine, Bond University. The Research Fellows will assist in conducting a program of research under the direction of the Chief Investigator of the NHMRC funded CRE grant and others employed under it, and including the National Prescribing Service. The positions will provide research support for other centre research, including doctoral students.
The form of research will focus on the population and clinician level, using surveys, systematic reviews and meta-analysis, and behavioural science. There will be no laboratory research. The CREMARA is led by Professor Chris Del Mar and a team of primary care, infectious diseases, epidemiologists, behavioural psychologists, health promotion experts and microbiology clinicians and researchers from across the world. The CREBP is directed by Professor Paul Glasziou (current NHMRC Australia Fellow). This is a multidisciplinary team of experienced and well-known researchers, including medical and allied health researchers who share a commitment to conducting research which closes the gap between research evidence and its application in practice.
