Public Relations Manager

About the Position:

The Office of Marketing, Recruitment and Partnerships is a pivotal department within Bond University because of its unique position in securing quality candidates and upholding the Bond ‘brand’. The Public Relations Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the media and public relations strategy for Bond University.

About the Person:

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of five years’ experience in public relations and/or journalism in both agency and corporate public relations; outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information and incorporate sound and rational judgment when resolving crises and issues.

Candidates will possess a relevant bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or marketing; have a proven track record in developing and implementing high-level strategic media and public relations campaigns and have an active network of contacts in media and news organisations locally, interstate and nationally.

Salary Details:

The salary range for this position is $78,726 to $88,607 plus 9% superannuation per annum.
