The School of Information Technology has recently introduced a new study area into both undergraduate and postgraduate level studies. The new specialisation is in Mobile Applications Development and ensures students are equipped with the essential knowledge and skills for this fast growing area.
Students completing this specialisation will gain experience in designing, building and testing mobile applications both in simulation and on real devices, as well as learning about operating systems, programming and wireless networking technologies, and integration with enterprise systems.
The School of Information Technology is continually responding to changes in the IT industry and graduates from this major will be ready for the surge in the mobile applications job market with our fast-tracked degrees.
The study area is available within the both Bachelor of Information Technology and Master of Information Technology programs.
