Academic Developer
Ms. Kayleen Wood

Kayleen is the Academic Developer at Quality, Teaching, and Learning. She facilitates the Foundations of University Learning and Teaching subject and many other professional development and research workshops and seminars. Kayleen supports Academics to write applications for internal and external awards and grants. Her current research is Peer Observation of Teaching, and Process Drama for English language with Non-English Speaking Background (NESB) students.

Ms. Vicky Morrison

Vicky is the Teaching and Learning Research Grant Coordinator. She is the key point of contact for administrative support to apply for teaching and learning grants and for budgets and expenditures. She also acts as secretary for the University Teaching and Learning Committee.

Manager - University Quality Assurance
Ms. Margaret McAvoy

Margaret's primary focus is to work closely with the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Quality, Teaching, & Learning) and the Quality Task Force to continue to develop and maintain a quality framework in accordance with Australian Universities Quality Agency (AUQA) standards. This includes preparations for external quality audits of Bond University and coordinating the Benchmarking and internationalisation Programs.
She is also responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate reporting mechanisms, including the University Strategic Plan key performance indicators, to ensure that the Quality Program is implemented throughout the University.

Student Learning Support Manager
Ms. Susan Macfarlane

Susan manages Student Learning Support. She analyses student feedback to make the centre better and is always implementing new strategies to help students. She regularly liaises with staff to find out what their requirements for subjects are so that SLS can help the students better. She is also available to staff at anytime to make their courses and assessment more user friendly toward non-English speaking background students.

Shirley has worked for many years teaching English to International students around the world. She has been at Bond for more than 10 years where she has taught English in the language centre and on the Pathways courses. She now works in SLS helping students with language, assignments and general academic skills.

Lance assists students taking subjects at Bond which involve Maths. He helps students to understand theories and formulas and provides exercises for additional practice.

Cameron works with students as a Learning Advisor as well as co-teaching the International Cutural and Ethical Values (CEV) tutorial. Cameron is also the facilitator for the Bond Student Voice focus group sessions.
