Quality Assurance

A Quality Task Force, chaired by the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Quality), Professor Mortley, was appointed to review quality assurance processes within the University.

The terms of reference of the Committee are:

  • to review quality processes governing all aspects of the University’s operations, but in particular relating to the delivery and support of academic programs;
  • to develop and implement controls and processes which guarantee key quality outcomes, both for existing and for proposed programs and subjects;
  • to ensure that such processes are published and promulgated so that the University community is fully aware of them;
  • to oversight the application of the same processes to any off-campus enterprises;
  • to prepare the University for audit of its processes and procedures by AUQA.
