Biography:
The consistent theme of my research is that it relates to the legal rights and obligations flowing from commercial relationships. The opportunity to contribute to a comprehensive research project on seniors living is therefore very attractive for me.  A number of accommodation options do exist for the elderly, only some of which are within the scope of a dedicated regulatory regime.  The contribution of my research team to the project is to identify the accommodation alternatives and consider the protection available in respect of these, both under formal regimes and the underlying law of general application.
