Biography:

I joined Atax at UNSW as a Senior Lecturer in 2004.  Prior to joining Atax, I lectured in taxation at Edith Cowan University and at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia.  I was also a Member of the Legislative Council in Western Australia between 1997 and 2001.   

My most recent research activities have related to defining small business under taxation legislation; ethics and the promoters legislation; bias in the public rulings system, and family tax and welfare benefits.
