Biography:

Olivia is working on the ARC Seniors Living Project as a Research Assistant. She is also a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney. Olivia is a member of the 'Social-Psych Team' and         is involved in the literature research and review. As such, her primary areas of research are the social and psychological aspects of retirement, the transition to retirement housing, the choices,         needs and preferences involved, and the impact of elements such as community, identity, and the meaning of home on retirement and resident satisfaction.
