| 1996 | Appointed Area General Manager for Scotts Holdings(The Ascotte Group), a Singapore based listed property retail and investment company |
| 1998 | Appointed Mnaging Director of a private property trust in Melbourne, which invested in and managed shopping centres and commercial portfolios |
| 2000 | Headhunted by an American fast food franchise conglomerate to act as CEO and was relocated to New Delhi, India |
| 2002 | Returned to Melbourne as Managing Director , Australasia, for Singapore's Ascott Group |
| 2005 | Appointed CEO of Gold Coast Tourism through a national selection process to reposiition and re-invigorate Australia's premier tourim destination |
