The Public Private Partnership Executive Leadership Master Class Programme is designed for public sector executives concerned with the following aspects of public private partnerships:
- Policy development and implementation
- Project initiation and development
- Major project procurement
- Economic impact and cost benefit analysis

- Project finance
- Process structure and management
The objective of the programme is to improve knowledge and understanding of this specialised form of public procurement using best practice principles, case studies and site visits to major PPP projects in South East Queensland. Public private partnerships (PPPs) are a form of contractual arrangements that aims to achieve value for money in public procurement, improve government service delivery and contribute to stronger regional economic growth and development. However, PPPs are complex and
require a robust process to maximise the benefits to governments.
The Executive Leadership Programme is designed to examine PPPs in all their dimensions.
The programme content includes:
