Headstart Day
For Students
Headstart Day is a great way to experience life as a university student and get a head start on your career choices by hearing a range of presentations to see what topics you might be interested in pursuing.
Headstart Day is available to Year 10 and 11 students.

Headstart Day is free for high school students to attend, including morning tea and lunch.
Registration forms are sent to your school's Career Advisor / Guidance Consellor. Spaces are limited so be sure to register early to avoid missing out.

For Teachers and Parents
Headstart Day is an opportunity for year 10 and 11 students to experience a range of tertiary study areas in just one day. Students will attend five different study area presentations; two of these are open for the students to pick specific sessions, according to their interests.
The dates for 2008 are as follows:

Student for a Semester then allows you to enrol as a university student and study one subject in an area of interest to give you a more complete picture of what a full degree would be like. You will be treated as a university student and will be studying with university students.
