February 2008 Faculty Awards Night

7 February 2008

Proud parents and friends congratulated  students on their academic achievements on Friday 1 February.  The Awards Ceremony was held in the Gregor Heiner Foyer on campus.  Prizes were awarded for First in class (students who topped each subject in 073) and the Dean's List (students who attained a semester percentage average of 82% to 84% inclusive).  Students who made the Vice-Chancellor's List were also recognised.  Students must attain a semester percentage average of 85% or over to receive this award.

Graduating students were also recognised and congratulated on their achievements.

Finally, the Health Sciences & Medicine Student Assocation (HMSA) presented Excellence Awards as voted by students for staff:
