Exercise Science

There is increasing recognition that an appropriately prescribed program of exercise can make a significant contribution to an individual’s health status, health management and overall health outcomes.

Exercise plays a major role in the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease, and contributes to the acute management of sport and work-related injuries.

Bond University’s Bachelor of Exercise Science is underpinned by a unique combination of core biological science, clinical science and exercise science subjects to provide the required prerequisites for postgraduate study in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
