Internships & Work Experience

General Information

Internships provide students with invaluable skills in their selected fields, also leading directly to employment opportunities. We are keen to ensure our program is fruitful, equitable and of enduring benefit to the students, employers and the reputation of Bond University.

Bond University’s motto Forever Learning recognises that our students will continue the process of intellectual development throughout their lives, building on their studies and experiences at Bond University. In our teaching at Bond University we ensure that students develop skills in working with groups and preparing and presenting assignments and presentations that will equip them for their future careers.
Internships are designed to provide students without practical workplace experience, or with workplace experience in a field different from their studies, a chance to further their skills in their chosen discipline.

There are 5 opportunities available each year for Internships and Work Experience placement. They are:

During Semester:

January, May & September Semester

Semester Break:

January & May Semester Breaks

**Please note there is no semester break placement
available over the Christmas Period**
