Annual Fund 2011

More than 500 alumni, staff and friends gave almost $100,000 to support Bond’s growth during the 2011 Annual Fund. This year fund raised were directed toward improving the opportunities available to our students and alumni, and furthering our international reputation.

Helping Bondies Excel

Based on needs identified by our students and the feedback received from alumni and other donors last year, the funds we raise in 2011 will be used to:

Purchase text books and subsidise laptops for students in financial need
Top up the Student Opportunity Fund
Contribute to the Bond Alumni Scholar travel scholarship
Award 10 Higher Degree Research student assistance grants
Award two research grants
Sponsor three academic competitions

You can make a positive and lasting difference. Bond University is a not-for-profit institution, so we reinvest all surplus funds directly back into our students.

We receive only limited government funds, and rely on philanthropy to maintain the excellence in education for which we have become known.
