Academic Skills Centre is here to help you develop your academic and research skills throughout your time at university. It’s a free, personalised service for both domestic and international Bond students at all study levels.

How we support you

The Academic Skills Centre team offers one-on-one sessions, small-group study workshops, and online resources to help you with:

  • Academic writing
  • Writing clearly and concisely
  • Organising and structuring your assignments
  • Time-management and study methods
  • Preparing for exams
  • Oral presentations
  • Referencing
  • Higher degree research
  • English
  • Maths, statistics, and Excel
  • Motivation and procrastination

You may only book one Academic Skills Centre appointment per week.

Academic Skills Centre offers recurring workshops throughout the semester to help you develop essential skills for university success.

Workshops

Our workshop schedule typically runs from Orientation Week through to Week 5. Recordings, workshop materials, and other resources are available via the ASC iLearn community.

If you can't attend, please make an appointment with the Academic Skills Centre and we will go through the session with you personally one on one.
