Hello, my name is Cyn D Fisher. I've been teaching at Bond Uni for 17 years in the MBA and other business programs. With a background in Industrial Psychology, my specialities are organisational behaviour and human resource management.

mY cAREER sO fAR:I have previously held faculty posts at Texas A&M University, the University of Baltimore, and was a visiting senior fellow at the National University of Singapore. I am the first author of the textbook "Human Resource Management" (Houghton-Mifflin) and have served on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes. I joined Bond University in 1990.

WHY I CHOSE BOND:I had a desire to work in a small university dedicated to excellent teaching and a balanced emphasis on high quality research. I wanted to avoid the bureaucracy and mass production environment of public sector universities.
