Business and Industrial Management Student

Guten Tag! I am Manuela, I'm 22 years old, from Germany. My friends tell me that I am open-minded, sociable and ambitious. I like to learn more about diverse cultures - which is just one of the reasons I chose to come on exchange to Bond!

STUDYING: As a Study Abroad student, I am currently studying Business but at home in Germany I am studying Industrial Management.

INTERESTS: I love snowboarding and swimming and since being here at Bond I have also done the open water diving course which I really enjoyed. When I find the time, I also like to sit down and read an exciting thriller.

HOMETOWN: Cologne, Germany

DREAM JOB: I'd like to work in senior management in the automotive industry. I already work for a company that produces automobile parts and I think that this industry is so interesting, innovative and global.

HOW BOND IS HELPING ME GET THERE: Bond is helping me to improve my communication skills and to form friendships with people from all over the world. My study abroad experience is teaching me a lot about cultural differences and similarities which will hopefully help me manage diverse teams & work well across boundaries in the future.
