Educational Practice

Since graduating from uni 22 years ago, I have been a pilot in the RAAF; a flying instructor for British Aerospace Systems in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; and managed corporate events domestically and internationally. I hope to use this mix of experiences to help educate and inspire school-aged students in the areas of Physics and Mathematics. I don't think it will be easy as teaching is one of the most underrated and demanding professions on the planet.

DREAM JOB: My dream job has to be meaningful and with lifestyle attractions. At this stage in my life, my goal is to travel the world teaching maths and physics.

HOW BOND IS HELPING ME GET THERE: My professor's industry connections have already seen me secure some great placements, giving me valuable experience and a foot in the door with potential employers. Bond has also modernized and reignited my thought processes by presenting information in a problematic way; quite different to the ritualised world of flying.
