Application Procedures

1. Download and complete the Application Form (PDF 155Kb) and return it to the Study Abroad Team in the Office of Admissions.
2. If your application is approved, you will receive a formal Letter of Offer of a place on the program, along with details of registration and deposit requirements.
3. A deposit will be required to secure your place:
   1. For the six week program (June/July) a deposit of AUD$350 by 1 April with the balance of the full fee to be paid at least 30 days prior to program commencing.
   2. For the four week program (July/August) a deposit of AUD $450 by 1 May with the balance of the full fee to be paid at least 30 days prior to program commencing.
   3. For the four week program (December/January) a deposit of AUD $450 by 1 November with the balance of the full fee to be paid at least 30 days prior to program commencing.
4. After your deposit has been paid, we will contact you with detailed information about what to pack, arrival arrangements, preparing for the program, etc
