Description
This program is designed to prepare highly motivated students for the Cambridge FCE (First Certificate in English) examination, which is recognised internationally for employment and study purposes.
Content / Assessment
This intensive course is designed to increase your 'natural English' capabilities including:
- Developing reading and listening skills
- Improving writing skills: transactional letters, emails, reports and job applications.
- Expanding your topic-specific vocabulary and informal everyday expressions.
- Enhancing your fluency and pronounciation while removing translation errors.
Students undertake the Cambridge exam at one of the local accredited testing centres. Those who successfully complete their level will receive a BUELI certificate.
Length
The Cambridge FCE program is 10 to 12 weeks long when studying full-time at 25 hours per week. The course is offered four times each year and each course ends just before a Cambridge FCE exam date.

Entry Requirements
Upper intermediate level. You are required to take a BUELI entry test to check if you are ready for this course. You may be advised to take General English first.
