Documents You Need to Submit to Bond University

Student Aid Report (SAR) (Download and print this from the FAFSA website).

1. Direct Loan Stafford Master Promissory Note and PLUS Master Promissory Note if required. This is your loan agreement. It must be fully completed and signed. Please note that you can complete and electronically sign (e-sign) Master Promissory Notes via the following link https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/index.action
2. Request/Application for PLUS loan if required - https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/index.action
3. Loan Application Student Information Sheet
4. Evidence of Entrance Counselling.
5. A signed copy of your award letter.
6. Other (if required)
7. If you have above-average medical costs or other non-standard expenses, you may request they be considered. You must provide evidence of these costs. This may include receipts, quotes or letters certified by a Notary Public.
