Program Description

The Graduate Certificate in Project Management program provides you with a comprehensive business ready foundation that will provide the knowledge and expertise to develop or further a career in project management in all areas of industry, government and the not-for-profit sectors.

Expert Teaching Staff

Subjects in the Graduate Certificate program are delivered by academic staff with wide international experience. Academic staff includes Professor Lynn Crawford and Mr Peter Coleman who are both widely regarded as leading international practitioners in project management. They are supported by the Institute’s Professor Michael Regan and Honorary Adjunct Professor Alan Patching.

Intensive Mode Delivery

All subjects are delivered via intensive mode. Students will be required to attend three consecutive day sessions twice a semester for each subject. The sessions generally take place on Thursdays - Saturdays.

Professional Outcomes

Project management skills and abilities are in high demand in both private and public sectors. There is a global shortage of project managers in most disciplines including construction and civil works, infrastructure procurement, engineering, information technology, finance, health care and education. This program provides graduates with the best practice foundations necessary to take advantage of the many opportunities available in this profession both in Australia and overseas. Students may articulate to either a Postgraduate Diploma or Master of Project Management qualification.

Professional Recognition

The Graduate Certificate in Project Management is accredited by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). Bond University is a member of the Global Alliance for Project Performance Standards (GAPPS).
