The Graduate Certificate of Property Valuation program provides you with an introduction to the field of property valuation. The program consists of core business and law subjects and foundation property valuation subjects.
Professional Recognition
Graduates will not receive professional recognition with this qualification. This program is a stepping-stone to a Postgraduate Diploma or Masters degree. The Masters degree is recognised by the Australian Property Institute (API). The API accreditation allows you to apply for registration as a Certified Practising Valuer, provided you meet professional practice requirements.
