Master of Business

Duration: 12 subjects (120 Credit Points) full-time; Flexible part-time options are available for domestic students only

Description

The Master of Business program is a valuable step for business people who are looking to change their professional focus, as well as providing a strong grounding for career advancement in business. The program provides students with a foundation in a variety of business practices, plus the ability to gain a new specialisation. There are four separate streams: Marketing, Finance, International Business or a customised program incorporating all three.

Work Experience & Internships

Some students without practical workplace experience, or with workplace experience in a field different from their studies, may consider undertaking an internship as part of their Master of Business degree. Internships and work placements are subject to permission from the Faculty.

Professional Outcomes

Master of Business graduates should have highly developed planning, analytical and interpersonal skills that will enable them to professionally advance their career prospects in business. The program also provides global networking opportunities.

The Master of Business is registered with ASIC for RG146 compliance. Students must complete FINC71-600 Managerial Finance and FINC71-318 Personal Investments if they wish to meet the RG146 compliance.
