Entry Requirements

How to Apply

Australian residents

Please contact your nearest Bond University Admissions Manager to arrange a personal interview and lodge a Direct Entry Application Form for Postgraduate Study with the Bond University Office of Admissions, or complete the form online. Applicants should include a thesis proposal.

International students

If you are an international student, you will need to apply either directly by completing a Direct Entry Application Form for Postgraduate Study (accompanied by documented proof of your English language proficiency) or through one of our  in-country representatives.

Read more information on application and enrolment procedures.

Academic Requirements

The Master of Laws program is offered to students with a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor qualification (or equivalent). Applicants would normally be required to have at least a Credit or 70% grade average and/or extensive professional experience.

English Language Proficiency Requirements

As tuition is delivered in English, all international students will be required to provide documented evidence of the required level of proficiency in the English language. Read more detailed information on English Language Proficiency Requirements for university study.

Bond College offers a Foundation Program for students whose English language proficiency does not meet the levels required for direct entry, as specified above.

Credit for Prior Study

As this is a research-only degree, no credit is possible.
