Duration: 1 year full-time (3 semesters); Flexible part-time study is available to domestic students.

The property market generates billions of dollars annually, demonstrating the scope and size of this industry. The global property market provides a variety of significant career opportunities for graduates in investment analysis, planning, project management, property management and property valuation. With climate change a primary concern to most organisations, up to date qualifications in sustainability are also highly regarded.
The Associate Degree in Real Estate provides a solid foundation into the workings of the property sector including sustainable property, principles of valuation, project management, investment analysis, planning and property management.
All classes in this degree are delivered Monday to Wednesday. This provides you with the opportunity to schedule work and study, or participate in work experience.
This Associate Degree also provides a pathway into the Institute’s undergraduate programs.
The Associate Degree in Real Estate develops theoretical and practical skills in many aspects of the property industry. Graduates are provided with an understanding of planning processes, property management and property agency. Graduates are also equipped with a comprehensive knowledge of sustainability, a qualification which is highly regarded in this industry.
