Assistant to the review group coordinator
faculty of health sciences and medicine
Part-time, fixed-term appointment for 12 months (15 hours per week)
The Assistant to the Review Group Co-ordinator (A/RGC) will assist in the smooth running of the Cochrane Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) Group and is required to provide administrative support to the Cochrane Review Group Co-ordinator. The A/RGC will also be responsible for communicating with review authors, maintaining databases, updating the website and producing the bi-annual newsletter.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication, organisational and computer skills and have experience in using computer databases and information and communication technology. This position would ideally suit a graduate with experience in a scientific research environment who has knowledge of medical terminology and an interest in health care issues.
