Information Services is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced information professional to manage its Service Desk, which provides a range of frontline computing, audiovisual and voice communication support services. In addition to managing the service point and its staff, the role will be responsible for the coordination of the Information Services Incident Management processes.

The successful applicant will have a degree in Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, experience and training. The role will provide challenge, variety and exposure to a broad range of technologies, services and issues.

You should possess excellent communication, problem solving and team work skills. Initiative, adaptability and the ability to prioritise workloads are essential attributes.
