Living on the Gold Coast

The Gold Coast is approximately 70 kilometres south of Brisbane, the capital of Queensland. It is famous for its surf beaches, national parks, mountain ranges and rainforests. The Gold Coast is a popular and safe destination for visitors worldwide. The climate is wonderful with an average of 300 days of sunshine each year.

Most services on the Gold Coast are available seven days per week, with public transport easily available. Transport includes the Gold Coast Airport (with some international flights and many domestic flights), rail and road connections to Brisbane International Airport, train and coach services within Queensland and across Australia.
