While Bond University wholeheartedly supports students' enjoyment of their time at Bond University, the events, tours and activities incorporated in the Bond University Recreational Program are not official University events, tours or activities and are not specifically endorsed or recommended by the University.

The purpose of the Bond University Recreational Program is merely to advise students of some of the events, tours and activities that are available and which, in many circumstances, are offered by a travel or booking agent for participation by Bond University students (and their companions) only. Information about events, tours and activities is provided in good faith without any express or implied warranty.

Selections of whole-sale service providers and operators are made by the travel or booking agent. Bond University and the Bond University Recreational Officer make no warranty, representation or undertaking, whether express or implied, in relation to the events, tours or activities (including regarding their standard), nor do they assume any legal liability for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by them. Bond University and the Bond University Recreational Officer assume no legal liability of whatever nature, whether direct or indirect, for any loss, damage or injury a person suffers or may suffer because that person had directly or indirectly relied on any information provided by Bond University or because of their participation in or payment for any of the events, tours or activities.

While every effort is made to ensure the University's information is up to date, students are advised to confirm details of the events, tours and activities with the booking agent prior to booking or paying for a ticket.
