Drawing from our knowledge of how managers’ personal values impact upon leadership, we will explore and discuss why your unique set of values matter for you, your family, your organisation and the world at large. Organizational purpose is achieved, and community purpose is also achieved. The takeaway will be an assessment of your own values and practical steps to realise the working and living conditions you want for yourself and those who are important to you.
