The Bond Investment Group (BIG) will be hosting one of the biggest figures in Australian politics and business – Arthur Sinodinos AO. The former Chief of Staff for John Howard, Senior Director of Goldman Sachs and now Regional General Manager at National Australia Bank will be addressing Bond students, alumni, academics, and the business community on the fast-changing nature of the interaction between the business community and politics since the Global Financial Crisis. This is a topic particularly relevant given the current Government’s tendency towards regulatory reform.

Additionally, it will be an opportunity to speak with some of the brightest Bond students in the fields of business and law. Canapés with be served both before and after the presentation. The winners of the BIG ‘Virtual Stocks’ stock trading competition for the January semester will also be announced and awarded their prizes.
