Fully embedded organisational change requires authentic leadership, and the courage to work through the pain and sacrifice of change. Executives who execute change must show vulnerability in order to generate trust and positive emotions from their people. In this Executive MasterClass, Ray Weekes will share with us his experiences and learnings about the corrosive impact of the blame mentality of organizations. He will share successes and failures in building positive values into narratives about change within the theatre of leadership.
A panel of internationally recognized executives and scholars will provide interpretations and explanations for these phenomena. We ask you to join us and contribute your encounters and insights to this dialogue and energized learning experience.
