The School of Business is hosting a Business Links Masterclass for business professionals and the local community on the topic of:

Developing Change Leaders: The principles and practices of change leadership development

Please join us for this interactive masterclass where you can learn from an expert and participate in discussion on the topic.

Dr Paul Aitken will be facilitating the session and will use his expertise to outline the 10 change leadership practices which facilitate sustainable organisational performance and excellence during business transitions. As organisations in all sectors face significant leadership challenges, this masterclass will provide invaluable insight for all business professionals.

Dr Aitken is a Director of Acrede Consulting and former Deputy Director at The Leadership Trust Foundation (Centre for Applied Leadership Research). He is Visiting Faculty at Henley Business School, Southampton University, the National University of Ireland, Maynooth and the Leadership Development Centre (New Zealand), and Visiting Professor at Bond University (Australia).

Attendance is complimentary however registrations are essential.
