Join us as Dr Kenneth G. Brown presents 'Understanding Influence: Exploring Psychological Research and Using it to Your Advantage'. This informative and engaging session teaches us how to use human nature to our advantage, understanding how to influence people though our words and actions. Fundamental psychological research and its application to influence will be discussed.
