Business Links Masterclass - The purpose of leadership: only you know your own story

Presented by: Dr Paul Aitken, Organisational Psychologist and Research Director
Respondent: Soheil Abedian, Founder of the Sunland Group
Interlocutor: Professor Ken Parry

Drawing from our knowledge of how managers’ personal values impact upon leadership, we will explore and discuss why your unique set of values matter for you, your family, your organisation and the world at large. Organizational purpose is achieved, and community purpose is also achieved.
