Overview
Social media has introduced substantial and pervasive changes to communication between organisations, communities and individuals. Harnessing this interaction can be useful for promotion and marketing, but certainly has its fair share of tricks and traps.

| Ms Bronwyn Cribbes Bronwyn is a senior teaching fellow in the Faculty of Business at Bond University and current Managing Director of Circle Direct. Bronwyn's areas of specialisation include developing strategy, delivering direct marketing, internet marketing and integrated marketing campaigns. |

| Dr Sara Smyth Sara is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at Bond University. She has taught at a number of leading universities in the US and Canada, as well as practised law with a major full-service firm in Vancouver. Sara's research focus is on computer crime and she has published a number of books and journal articles on related topics. |
