Faculty of Business researchers receive grants

15 September 2011

The Faculty of Business prides itself on its dynamic and progressive research, the outcomes of which are fully incorporated into the learning environment.

In the 2011 Excellence in Research for Australia report, the Faculty of Business ranked at world standard in the research field of Commerce, Management, Tourism and Services. This achievement placed Bond in the top 10 universities in Australia.

The Faculty of Business continues to place a focus on research and we are pleased to announce that nine academics were recently awarded a Vice-Chancellor’s Research Grant to research new topics in their field of interest, including two awarded to early career researchers.

The grants are designed to provide seed funding and encourage collaborative research. The research projects are varied, focusing on a range of topics from implementing privacy requirements to the effects of the mining boom.
