2007	Enrolled in Bond’s Executive MBA program after 20 years industry experience, attracted by Bond’s excellent reputation in the business community. Represented Bond University to win the John Heine Entrepreneurial Challenge. Gained invaluable input from Faculty and EMBA colleagues through the start-up phase of establishing a new pharmaceutical business – Cleanspray. Accepted non-executive directorship of renewable energy business, Quantum Power.
2008	Represented Bond and Australia at the New Venture Challenge in Oregon and Moot Corp in Texas, finishing as semi-finalists in both competitions. Made contacts with overseas suppliers through Bond’s EMBA study tour to China. Graduated with EMBA and secured immediate position with Commonwealth Bank as Queensland State Manager of Regional and Agribusiness Banking, with rapid promotion to Head of Governance and Strategy for Regional and Agribusiness Banking (2009) and Senior Executive Manager of Specialised Agribusiness Solutions (2010). Elected Chairman of Quantum Power.
2010	Cleanspray secured national distribution arrangements with Metcash, Franklins and major pharmacy warehouses.
2011	Appointed CEO and Managing Director of Quantum Power, now established as a market leader in renewable energy from biogas.
