Technology Innovation Centre

The Technology Innovation Centre [TIC] provides an active interface between the education and research community at Bond University and external companies looking to utilise IT as an enabling technology to develop their products and services. The TIC provides a unique environment for knowledge transfer, business development and the fostering of business and product innovation. 

The Centre is aimed at supporting technology-led innovations by supporting partners with:

  • Awareness of emerging technologies within the industry – for IT companies this is essential to ensure technology developed within a company is market driven. For other companies it will ensure that when selecting an IT system for their business is in fact the most appropriate solution.
  • The Centres partnerships with leading multinational companies will ensure companies using the Centre will have access to the most update business solutions.
  • Access to knowledge, skills and knowledge/technology transfer including the emerging workforce
  • Accessibility to and availability of early stage technical and business support expertise

The Centre can provides access to technologies and knowledge, student project teams (undergraduate and postgraduate) in Business and IT, research staff, and business support services as well as broker engagement when necessary with state and federal agencies and support networks.

The Centre is available to all companies considering using IT as an enabler for growth and improved productivity as well as companies developing Information Technology products.
