Abstract
The purpose of this seminar is to show the kinds of research that occurs within the Computational Finance group in the IT school. Research within the group is primarily focused on Investment strategies, Trading strategies and ways to augment existing investment and trading models using Artificial Intelligence techniques. Although the group considers any computational aspects of investment and trading to be within its remit, the seminar will focus on providing a snapshot of some of the current research the group is conducting.
