Research Volunteers Be Part of a Fascinating Research Project! Our research is focused on finding the genetic factors behind craniofacial human morphology. In other words, what are the genetic factors that influence our appearance and facial features? Researchers at Bond University's Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine are looking for fit males aged 18 - 35 years to participate in a study investigating high intensity exercise and its effect on physiological and biochemical adaptation and regulation in relation to athletic performance. This project will investigate the potential effects of different non-invasive brain stimulation techniques on vibration sensitivity in humans. As a participant, your vibration detection thresholds on your hands and arms will be measured before and after non-invasive brain stimulation of your sensory cortex. This online survey aims to provide a national snapshot of surfing injuries (i.e., identify areas of body which may be prone to injury or already injured and offer solutions to current and potential problems)within all types of surfers.
