Social Media and Legal Pitfalls for PR and Communication Today

In conjunction with the Public Relations Institute of Australia, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences would like to invite you to an upcoming presentation breakfast held here at Bond University.

Professor Mark Pearson, Associate Professor of Journalism and Dr Jane Johnston, Associate Professor of Public Relations at Bond University will discuss how PR and Communication practitioners can effectively use social media without getting sued.

This event will provide practical tools for the corporate communication workplace, case studies to illustrate best legal practice in PR, together with some ‘first aid’ knowledge on minimising risks, identifying potential legal hazards and advice on when to call for specialist advice.
