We welcome the submission of articles (up to 12,000 words excluding footnotes) and case notes and book reviews (up to 3,000 words) for publication in the Journal. In exceptional circumstances the Editorial Committee may consider longer articles, depending on the quality of the article. Please submit manuscripts to the General Editor, Bond Law Review, via email at BLR@bond.edu.au. Citation style should confirm to the most recent edition of the Australian Guide to Legal Citation including formatting, as published by the Melbourne University Law Review Association Inc. The Journal does not accept for consideration articles which have been submitted to other journals with a view to publication. Please note that the Journal reserves the right to reject any article, inter alia because in the editorial committee’s opinion it has little relevance to the Review’s readership.
