2013 China Study Tour Information
This course will be taught in Beijing, Chengdu and Shanghai. It will be conducted in English, by lecturers from Chinese and Australian Universities. Course participants will leave Australia in April 2013, during the semester break, returning about 18 days later. Three prerequisite classes and briefings will be conducted at Bond University prior to departure and students will be required to have read certain materials prior to departure for the PRC. Course content in the PRC includes an introduction to the Chinese Legal System (including Chinese Legal History), aspects of Chinese Law, PRC Legal Profession, University, Court and Law Firm visits and a day excursion to an historical village and the Chengdu panda reserve.
