Bonding with the Profession - CPD Seminar: Advocacy,"My Client.... your Honour"

This workshop is targeted at early to mid-career lawyers whose work involves litigation, but who feel that their training and experience thus far leaves them a little unsure of "how to do it".  It will incorporate the basic "FAQs" of advocacy, and will be conducted by experienced litigators who will share their experiences and tips on how best to present your client's case in any situation.

The content of the workshop will cover both civil and criminal advocacy, and there will be ample opportunity to test your own understanding of what advocacy is all about with those who have been doing it for years.  A panel session at the end will allow everyone to share their experiences and hear their questions answered by experts from both a domestic and international perspective.

Our hosts of presenters and panelists will include the following;

Associate Professor David Field, Faculty of Law, Bond University.
